Typically, it takes 7 days for content to become available on KKBOX. Due to the large volume of albums submitted daily by record labels and music distributors, we recommend sending your music data at least 7 days before the scheduled release date to avoid delays in album availability. If you have an important release coming up, please email us at content-upload@kkbox.com in advance with the following information so that we can assist you in confirming the album's release process and ensure a smooth launch.
- UPC
- Artist name & Album title
- Expected release date and territories
- Batch ID (recommended to provide)
If an album is not yet available on the scheduled release date, you can also send us the above information to confirm the status of the album processing.
