How to remove the release from KKBOX?

If the release was submitted in DDEX format:
Please set the end date in your DDEX system and deliver the XML file to us.

If the release was uploaded through the Ingest Platform:
Please log in to the Ingest Platform, specify the end date of the release, and then click "PUBLISH" to submit the updated XML file to us.

If you are unable to take down a release using the methods mentioned earlier, please send an email to [e-mail] with the following information. We will help you with the takedown process.

• Artist Name
• Album Title & UPC
• Song Title & ISRC
• Takedown date & territories

Please note that takedown requests must come directly from the content owner or their authorized representative. If you are a singer or music creator, please contact the content owner of the release(usually is your music distribution partner) and request them to initiate a takedown request with KKBOX.
