How to upload music on KKBOX?

If you are our partnered record label or music distributor, you can deliver the music data to us through the following two methods.

1. Use the "KKBOX Label Ingest Platform" (referred to as the Ingest Platform).

2. Directly send the music data to us for release in "DDEX format".

If you'd like to use the Ingest Platform, please complete the account application form available here, and we'll help you set up your account.

If you prefer to send us the music data directly in "DDEX format," please complete the form here, and we'll assist you with integrating the data.

If you are an independent artist or music creator, you need to upload your music to KKBOX through a digital music distribution platform. Please refer to the instructions in "How do I get my music on KKBOX" for details.

Please note that KKBOX services may be temporarily interrupted due to technical difficulties, maintenance, testing, system upgrades, or updates (including changes required to reflect relevant legal and regulatory requirements). If the interruption is anticipated, we will provide separate notification.
