There are several possible reasons why specific songs may not appear in your KKBOX for Artists account:
1. The song has not been published on KKBOX
Please visit your artist profile on KKBOX to confirm whether the song has already been released.
If the song cannot be found on the public KKBOX service, it usually indicates that the content has not yet completed the publishing process or is still being processed.
For more details on release progress, please refer to:
“How long does it take for a release to become available after I've submitted the upload request?”
2. The song is included in another artist’s album
Within KKBOX for Artists, you can view:
- Albums and all songs where you are listed as the Main Artist
- All works attributed to your Artist Profile
If the song appears on another artist’s album—for example as Featuring, Collaboration, or Guest Vocal—
the track will follow the Main Artist setting of that album and will appear under the other artist’s profile.
3. The song is attributed to a different artist page
If you cannot find a specific song in your account, it may have been categorized under another artist page.
You can check the following possibilities:
- Multi-artist releases
If the song or album is released by two or more Main Artists, the system will create a Combined Artist Page, and the album will be placed under that combined page.
If you do not have access to this combined artist page, please contact the KKBOX team to request access. - Incorrect classification due to similar artist names
If the album appears under another artist with the same or similar name, please email content-upload@kkbox.com and we will help reassign the album to the correct artist page.
Update the Album Artist metadata
If you would like to adjust the Main Artist information associated with an album (Album Artist metadata), please contact content-upload@kkbox.com and provide:
- Album title
- Album UPC
- Correct artist name
Our team will review the request and assist with updating the metadata.
